Sculptural architecture at the centre of M City

The tower is designed to feel dynamic from every angle, with balconies that shift across the building face and a podium that opens toward outdoor spaces at grade. Within the broader M City master plan, residents are connected to more than 15 acres of mixed-use city-building, over two acres of new parkland, the Mary Fix multi-use trail, John “Bud” Cleary Park, shops, cafés and the growing downtown Mississauga skyline.

Suites at M6 are planned around efficient open-concept layouts, expansive windows, private outdoor spaces, integrated kitchen appliances, smart storage and contemporary finishes. Building features include a Hariri Pontarini-designed metal-and-glass tower with a six-storey podium, interiors by Cecconi Simone, six residential elevators, dedicated parking garage elevators and a five-level underground garage for residential, visitor and commercial parking.

Three floors of resort-style amenities

M6’s amenity program is designed for both active days and slower evenings. Level Five focuses on fitness, spa and activity experiences, including cardio and weight training, virtual fitness, personal training, spin and yoga studios, outdoor training, a multipurpose sports court, putting green, outdoor pool and hot tub, sun deck, children’s play areas, splash pad, saunas and steam rooms. Level Seven shifts into social and lounge spaces, with dining, bar and fireplace areas, outdoor TV lounge, barbecue areas, bocce courts, games, shared workspace and places to gather.

Smart-home technology included

M6 is part of the Rogers Smart Community program, with an app-connected building ecosystem planned for residents. Features include Rogers Ignite Internet Gigabit service, advanced Wi-Fi coverage through suites and amenity areas, a distributed antenna system for improved wireless coverage, smart locks, smart thermostats, smartphone video calling, digital keys, package notifications, amenity booking and community messaging.
