James House is Urban Capital’s return to the Ottawa market in Centretown. The official Urban Capital project page describes approximately 130 residential units with ground-floor retail, located near Bank Street.

Urban Capital lists RAW Design as architect, Unison for interiors, and Taggart Group as development partner. The James House project site describes 127 loft-inspired residences.
