Glen Agar is a completed Minto enclave in Etobicoke near Kipling Avenue and Rathburn Road. The community introduced 53 luxury single-family homes to an established west Toronto neighbourhood known for mature trees, parks, schools and access to the everyday amenities of central Etobicoke.

The collection focused on 30-foot detached homes with three- and four-bedroom floorplans ranging from approximately 3,100 to 4,100 square feet. Minto positioned Glen Agar around modern architecture, curated interiors and generous family living space within a tucked-away residential setting.
