Cité Midtown is Urban Capital’s 16-acre LEED ND community northwest of Autoroutes 15 and 40 in Montreal. Urban Capital describes a master-planned neighbourhood with approximately 700 condominiums in four mid-rise buildings, 90 stacked townhouses, community amenities and a two-acre city park.
