TORONTO, ONTARIO

2 Tecumseth Street is TAS's urban regeneration project in Toronto's South Niagara neighbourhood. The plan includes six buildings, three residential towers, one mid-rise building, repurposed commercial buildings on Niagara Street, housing, retail, open space, public realm improvements, and new parks.

Official TAS project details describe approximately 1,000,000 square feet of mixed-use development and 1,225 new homes, with a mix of unit types from one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes. The first phase is planned as purpose-built rental, with affordable homes included within the residential buildings.
