Terra View Homes was started in 1991 by entrepreneur Andrew Lambden. Terra View Homes has been awarded "Project of the Year" for the landmark $23 million dollar "Seagram Lofts" redevelopment project, as well as "Best Overall Design" for a single family home on a lot under 36 feet and "Best Overall Design" for a single family home on a lot 36 feet to 45 feet by the Waterloo Regional Home Builder Association. Terra View has also been the recipient of the The Ontario Home Builder's Association award for "Best Sales Centre" for the Columbia Forest sales office. Recognizing Terra View's commitment to the homebuilding industry and its homeowners, the Tarion Warranty Corporation recently presented Terra View Homes with the Presidents Achievement Award.
