Gallery Towns releases Phase 3

Granite Homes has released phase three of their award-winning Gallery Towns community. This release includes five townhomes in this highly desired South Guelph area. The development is located at 60 Arkell Road near Gordon Street.

Each home has more than 2,100 square feet, open-concept plans, master balconies and walkout basements.

Gallery Towns won Most Outstanding Architectural Design in the multi-family category with the Guelph and District Home Builders' Association.
