Gallery Towns
Granite Homes has released phase three of their award-winning Gallery Towns community. This release includes five townhomes in this highly desired South Guelph area. The development is located at 60 Arkell Road near Gordon Street.

Each home has more than 2,100 square feet, open-concept plans, master balconies and walkout basements.

Interiors include two bathrooms and a powder room and an optional guest suite. They are the ideal environment to host family events or simply entertaining.

Construction is well underway here at Gallery Towns. Two model homes are scheduled to open in October 2016. One model is an interior unit and features the optional elevator, and the other is a beautiful corner unit.

Gallery Towns' have spectacular modern exteriors that will surely appeal to those who want to escape boring or old-fashioned architecture. They have Maibec siding, stucco, grey and black brick and their sophistication stands out.

Gallery Towns won Most Outstanding Architectural Design in the multi-family category with the Guelph and District Home Builders' Association.

Gallery Towns builds on the success of their neighbouring Arkell Lofts project which also was well-awarded and won 2015 Ontario Home Builders' Association's Most Outstanding Attached Multi-Unit home award.
